Radhika Saraf |

Radhika was a consultant who previously worked with the Public Accountability and Governance in Education (PAGE) project. She is interested in theory and practice of the welfare state and its role in economic and social development. Before this, she worked on educated unemployment in India at the Institute for Social and Economic Change in Bangalore and as a journalist at Mail Today.

Radhika has a master’s and a bachelor’s degree in the political economy of development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London.
