The Houston rally addressed by Prime Minister Modi and President Trump was a show of their bonding, but that did nothing to resolve serious differences in trade and India's ties with Russia. There is growing unease in different quarters in the US about India's new Kashmir policy. President Trump also wants to keep Pakistan close to him.
