G P Isser was an Honorary Adjunct Research Professor at CPR from January 2003 to May 2004.
He is a former member of India Foreign Service (IFS) and former Ambassador of India. He also served as Joint Secretary in Policy-Planning Division in the Ministry of External Affairs.
