The Lima Call for Climate Action represents the last major decision before the 21st session of the Conference of Parties to be held in Paris in 2015, which is expected to finalize a ‘protocol, another legal instrument or agreed outcome with legal force’ for the post-2020 climateregime. This seminar will analyze the decision text emerging from Lima, with a view to unpacking the politics of and prospects for the 2015 climate agreement.
