About the Mixer
The Urban Collective Action Network (U-CAN) Mixer is an open convening designed to bring together practitioners, organisations, researchers, funders, and individuals engaged with urban issues. The session creates space to connect across sectors, exchange practical insights, and learn from diverse experiences in an interactive, peer-driven format.
The mixer is open to anyone interested in urban change-making and seeks to foster conversations that are practical, collaborative, and grounded in real-world challenges.

About the Featured Guest
Jagan Shah is CEO of The Infravision Foundation, an advocacy think tank promoting reforms, planning, and innovative finance in infrastructure across cities, public transport, agriculture, healthcare, and energy. From 2013 to 2019, he served as Director of the National Institute of Urban Affairs, where he co-created the Smart Cities Mission, prepared the Draft Master Plan for Delhi 2041, designed the EU and AFD supported CITIIS program, and incubated centres for digital governance, sanitation, and climate adaptation.
His recent roles include Senior Infrastructure Adviser at the UK’s Department for International Development, where he designed CDRI’s Infrastructure for Resilient Island States facility launched at COP26, and Senior Adviser (Capacity Building) at the World Bank. Since 2016, he has served as Trustee of Clean Air Asia, an international non-governmental organisation based in Manila. Shah studied architectural design and history, theory, and criticism in New Delhi, Cincinnati, and New York.
