Gayatri Sehgal was a Researcher at CPR and managed the PAISA project in two Indian states. She conducted institutional analysis and evaluation of accountability structures in social sector programmes, including the Right to Work Act 2005, and the Right to Education Act, 2010
Training and participated in capacity building of bureaucrats on streamlining school level planning processes
