Isha Khurana is a Senior Research Associate at CPR and is part of Scaling City Institutions for India. She is engaged in exploring different facets of Constitutional, Legislative and Regulatory framework for studies related to urban public service delivery. Her interest lies in understanding the entwined nature of the black letter law, especially of social welfare legislations and their implementation.
Prior to joining CPR, she worked as an Assistant Professor (Law) with various private institutions. She is a almuns of Dr. RML National Law University, Lucknow and currently, pursuing her doctoral research in Disability Rights Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi.
