Kriti was a Research Assistant with Accountability Initiative (AI) at Centre for Policy Research. She joined AI in September 2016 and primarily worked with the Public Administration team within AI. Prior to this, she had worked with Save the Children in Delhi where she did microscopic qualitative study of implementation of RTE Act 2009 with a focus to understand the dropouts in two major slums in Delhi. She was involved in a project to unpack the manner in which reform policies and programs of the Delhi Government are being implemented at the ground level to analyse its sustainability, impact and viability, within the Education sphere. Her research interests lie in understanding the public policy structure and how the system as a whole works across various thematic sectors. She is pursuing Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science (Honors) from Maitreyi College, University of Delhi.
