Please join us at the Centre for Policy Research for in informal roundtable discussion on the context for and implications of these new developments in global climate governance.

Among other issues we will explore:
–    What is the significance of India’s ratification and the accompanying declaration?
–    What does entry into force signify in global context?
–    How do we read these developments in legal and political terms?

The discussion will be kicked off with brief remarks by Prof. Lavanya Rajamani and Dr. Navroz Dubash from CPR, followed by open discussion
