About the Discussion

The exit polls have predicted a BJP victory in Gujarat, AAP winning in Delhi municipal elections, and a close contest in Himachal Pradesh. The politics initiative at CPR will present a data-driven analysis to explain the final results. The analysis would also focus on the continuities and changes in voting patterns in these states.

Finally, the panel discussion would reflect on the implications of these results on national politics. Do they signal any new developments in the run-up to 2024 politics or these results can only be understood in state-specificities?
