CPR roundtable on Integrating Climate, Energy and Environment: Toward a Post-Paris Research Agenda

Date and Time

April 19, 2016

9:30 am to 1:00 pm

Location

Conference Hall, Centre for Policy Research

For the past six years, CPR’s Climate Initiative has produced research on climate policy, law and governance at the international, national and sub-national scales. While this research is focused on informing and deepening public debate on climate change per se, it also necessarily engages broader discussions around environment and development in India.

A roundtable was held where we discussed the merits, challenges and opportunities that arise from the linkages across different issue areas in the realms of climate, energy and environment. This roundtable aimed at a freewheeling discussion to extrapolate on these and identify other fruitful ideas and questions to inform a research agenda on climate, energy and the environment for the academic and policy community.
