About the talk:

Nearly three years have passed since the military in Myanmar attempted to grab state power in a coup. Since then, it has tried to enforce its remit from Naypyitaw and other urban centres across the country through force, fear and fighter jets. But, a countrywide resistance has continually challenged the junta. More recently, a new wave of resistance offensives has taken the military head-on, while also propping up a historic, multi-ethnic united revolutionary front. What does this mean for Myanmar and the countries around it? Is the junta nearing total collapse? What must India do?
