Established over 50 years ago, in September 1964, the program on Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) has grown significantly. Yet a comprehensive study analyzing how people have been trained under ITEC remains absent. To address this critical gap in understanding India’s growing development assistance program, IDCR undertook a detailed study of the ITEC program. In this seminar, IDCR will present its findings on ITEC, and further suggest ways in which the ITEC program can be improved.
