Anup is CPR’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). He is a development professional with wealth of experience working primarily with non-profit research organisations. In his role at CPR, he contributes strategic guidance and oversight to all support functions with an objective of maintaining an efficient operational as well as organisational architecture to ensure all process and information flows seamlessly.
Prior to joining CPR, he was COO with LEAD at Krea University (formerly IFMR LEAD), an action-oriented research centre of IFMR Society that leverages the power of research, innovation and co-creation to solve complex and pressing challenges in development. In his role as COO, he led efforts to advance the organization’s reputation, relevance and growth by developing strategies for countrywide operational efficiency, streamlining processes and systems that enable quality data collection and management, while driving the engagement with leading academics, research institutions to identify and facilitate research partnership.
He holds a Master Degree in Social Work from Delhi University. He started his career as Research Associate and managed the implementation of multiple large-scale assessments.
