Mugdha Mohapatra joined the Land Rights Initiative as a Research Associate in July. She previously worked as a Research Intern with LRI. She completed her B.A. L.L.B (Hons) degree from the National Law School of India University. Her areas of interest include property law, human rights law, constitutional law and urban governance. Mugdha served as a member of the Legal Services Clinic to provide pro bono legal aid to marginalised communities in Bengaluru as well as headed the Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access group to provide free coaching for law exams to students in Karnataka.
