Vincy Davis was a Senior Research Associate at CPR working with the Accountability Initiative (AI) since 2014. She was working on multiple studies looking into the functioning of front-line administrators, with a focus on the education sector. At AI, her research covered topics including decentralisation, social accountability tools, local governance, bureaucracy, organisational culture, and qualitative research methods. Prior to joining CPR, Davis provided research assistance to the Expert Committee on Leveraging Panchayati Raj, Ministry of Panchayati Raj (2013). She has an MA in Political Science (2014) and a BA in Journalism (Honours) (2012) from Delhi University.
