Nishant Ranjan was a Research Associate at CPR’s State Capacity Initiative and is also associated with the Politics Initiative at CPR. His research interests include local governance, elections and migration, and political violence. He has previously worked as an Engineer in the Mining and Construction sector.
He completed his B.Tech. from National Institute of Technology Raipur. He also holds an MA in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
