Samridhi Agarwal

Samridhi was a Research Associate at the State Capacity Initiative who is working on a wide range of economic questions of growth and development, primarily on the structure and dynamics of the rural economy, public finances, and federalism in India with various faculties.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics specializing in Public Policy from the Meghnad Desai Academy of Economics, Mumbai, where she was an Adam Smith scholar.

She is interested in questions of structural issues of economic growth and political economy of development, fiscal architecture, and state capacity in India.
